Rusaccreditation prepared clarifications on the features of licensing activities in 2020

A separate category of questions has been created in the Question and Answer section, containing clarifications on the application of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 3, 2020 No. 440 “On the extension of permits and other features in relation to licensing activities in 2020” and the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated April 15, 2020 No. 229 “On the peculiarities of considering applications for passing the competency confirmation procedure, including grounds for their return, applications for accreditation and expanding the scope of accreditation, changing the place of business, including the specifics of selecting experts for accreditation, as well as extending the validity of certificates of accreditation of CABs for the right to conduct a non-state examination of project documentation and (or) a non-state examination of the results of engineering surveys.”

In particular, the clarifications relate to the timing and procedure for passing the confirmation of competence procedure, changing the place of activity, an on-site assessment of compliance with the accreditation criteria, the provision of public accreditation services and expanding the scope of accreditation in 2020.
