National Institute for Accreditation of RusAccreditation Presents Guidebook on Transition to Standard GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019

The National Institute for Accreditation of RusAccreditation has prepared a handbook for heads of laboratories “Guidebook on Transition of Testing Laboratories (Centres) and Calibration Laboratories to the International Standard GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019” in order to provide methodological assistance to testing and calibration laboratories within the framework of the approved plan for transition of participants of the national accreditation system to the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories (RusAccreditation Order No. 144 of August 9, 2019). Participants of the All-Russian Forum of Accredited CABs 2019, which took place on December 9-10, were the first to receive the handbook. The guidebook contains a comparative analysis of the requirements of the old and the new standard that will make it easier for the laboratories to change their internal procedures and enable them to avoid a number of possible mistakes.
