RusAccreditation National Accreditation Institute starts issuing analytical reviews

The RusAccreditation National Accreditation Institute started preparing analytical reviews on the topics that are of interest to organizations and persons accredited in the national accreditation system, manufacturers, suppliers and sellers of products on the market of the Eurasian Economic Union. Combination of the RusAccreditation National Accreditation Institute scientific potential and information resources of the Federal Service for Accreditation that contain all the relevant information about activities of the national accreditation system participants and the maximum amount of data from more than 50 reference books and a hundred thousand regulatory documents resulted in the development of a series of analytical reviews first of which were published on the website of the Institute.

The National Accreditation Institute review “Market for services in the sphere of conformity assessment of products in accordance with technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union” is an extensive catalogue with information useful for market participants that concerns the distribution of conformity assessment bodies among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and Federal Districts of the Russian Federation. Information is classified by 42 existing technical regulations.

The National Accreditation Institute review “Bringing accredited persons to administrative liability as a means of preventing violations of mandatory requirements” contains the data regarding the types of violations of established rules by legal entities (accredited certification bodies and testing laboratories), as well as by officials, which fall within the scope of the Administrative Offences Code. This information may have a preventive effect, especially with respect to activities of the officials.
